Yiannis M. Theoti & Associates LLC is a Lawyers' Limited Liability Company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 483576, based in Limassol.

The firm was founded by advocate and legal consultant Yiannis M. Theoti, a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Our main field is criminal law: we represent people under investigation or charged with an offence, as well as complainants, from the police investigation stage through to appeal.

We also advise and represent individuals and businesses in civil disputes, immigration matters, disputes arising from construction contracts and tax matters, always under Cyprus law.
